At Adamo Naturals, we take great care in crafting and packaging every product. Due to the nature of our personal care products (soaps, skincare, hair care, and health products), we maintain a strict no-return, no-exchange policy.

No Returns & No Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once delivered. We encourage you to review product descriptions, ingredients, and usage instructions carefully before placing your order.

Exceptions

We understand that sometimes things go wrong during transit. In the following cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence:

  • You received a damaged or broken product
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is significantly different from what was described on our website

In such cases, we will assess the situation and may offer a one-time replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.

How to Report an Issue

Email us at hello@adamo.co.in or WhatsApp us at +91 99928 20666 with your order number, clear photos of the product/packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided the order has not already been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp.
