Ordering and delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 5 to 7 business days from order confirmation. It can take longer during festivals, peak seasons or carrier delays. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders of ₹499 and above. Orders below ₹499 have a flat shipping fee of ₹69.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available on all orders. COD orders may take an additional 1 to 2 days for verification before dispatch.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by UPI, cards or net banking, or choose cash on delivery.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track order page with your order number, or message us on WhatsApp at +91 99928 20666.
Returns and cancellations
Can I return, cancel or get a refund on an order?
No. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds or cancellations.
What if my product arrives damaged, wrong or defective?
Report it within 24 hours of delivery by emailing hello@adamo.co.in or messaging us on WhatsApp, with your order number and clear photos. We review each case and will decide on the next step.

Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes. Every Adamo Naturals product is cruelty-free and not tested on animals.
Where can I see the ingredients?
Every ingredient is listed on the product label and on each product page, under Ingredients.
What sizes do you offer?
The Face Wash, Massage Oil and Shampoo come in 100 ml. The Eucalyptus & Mint Body Lotion comes in 100 ml (₹499) and 200 ml (₹699).
Which skin or hair types are they for?
The Face Wash, Massage Oil and Body Lotion are made for all skin types. The Coconut Care Shampoo is made for all hair types.
How long do the products last?
Each pack is marked best before 24 months from the date of manufacture. Check the label on your bottle.

How do the combos work?
Pick any 2 products from the new range for ₹799, or any 3 for ₹1,099. Build yours on the Combos page and the price applies automatically. We also offer soap sets and routines; see the Combos page for what is available and current prices.
